Letter 11/1/2012

Hola Familia! Well this past week has been great! After a little while, weve once again been able to have a baptism. Honestly to have a baptism really does just get you excited once again for the work, and gives you a lot more energy you didnt have before. Now my companion and i are trying to figure out how we are going to baptise Ilda this upcoming week. She wants to get her moms approval and we have no idea where her mom lives. Baptizing Ilda means a huge amount of references and thats what we want. She is the youngest of 8 and almost all of her family and friends live around here. Shes 20 so she doesnt need her parents signature, its just that she wants her moms approval so we´ll have to see what happens... im almost positive shell be baptized next week. Also, Happy Halloween! Those were some great pictures! Good work Maddie and Bakenna! And Tanny, did he go to a party or what was he up to? Looks like he finally retired... Well not much new happening around here... Changes are this week so that means a ton of work for me, and a lot more work to come becasue all of the new people from this point on are only going to have visas for 6 months instead of 12.... So that means i have to be super organized to keep track of all thats going on. Time is going by extemely fast lately and i feel like i should tell you all something. Since this announcement was made, we received from the area 70 announcements that this upcoming march, the date for changes, (thats to say everytime we get new missionaries and lose the old ones is going to change by a week)... So if youre still following me, that means ill be coming home a week later.... September 1, 2013...Not that big of a deal, but just thought id let you all know! Well i love you all so much and hope everyones still doing alright... Say your prayers and read your scriptures as a family! Con mucho amor, Elder Smitheram
