Letter 9/20/2012

HOLA FAMILIA! Thank you all so much for your letters this week, its been really nice to get a bunch of letter during the week and to see how everyones doing. As for me, to be honest, it was a very hard week. This saturday we had a baptismed planned and the lady told us she had a problem with some other lady in the church. So we tried getting everything fixed up with that, but all that happened was well... more problems... needless to say she didnt get baptized and now shes saying she wants to wait until the 16th of October for her baptism... Hmmm... Well, at least she wants to be baptized but we are going to try to move that baptismal date up. To look at some bright news, this week we got introduced to a very nice girl whos about 20 years old who is just super prepared... She came to church and really enjoyed herself... Only one problem, her family is super catholic and dont even want us to come near her house to teach her... so... all we can do is teach her in the church or in a members house, but anyways... its all good... Hopefully she will get baptized really fast. Well i feel like the rainy season is slowly but surely coming to a close. To be honest i dont know, out of no where it just starts raining and then its super hot again... Seriously, it is some crazy weather here. Also, more and more problems keep happening here at the offices, so basically everyday we barely get to leave to go work out in the field so its getting really hard to keep our investigators progressing, but luckily we have some really faithful investigators, so all should go well with them. Well thank you all so much for all the support and hopefully i have a little more time to write this upcoming week! CuĂdense! Elder Smitheram
